Payment of fees and taxes can be made at the payment counter at the DSEDT Reception Center by the following methods:

1. Pay in person

• Cheque¹ and cashier’s order payable to “Direcção dos Serviços de Economia e Desenvolvimento Tecnológico”;

• Macau Pass, QuickPass and Cloud Flash Pay²;

• MPay³;

• BOC Pay and ICBC ePay⁴;

• Tai Fung Pay, GuangfaPay and LusoPay⁵;

• UePay Macau⁶;

• Alipay (Macau)⁷;

• WeChat Pay (China and Hong Kong) and Alipay (China and Hong Kong)⁸；

• UnionPay credit cards/debit cards issued by banks of the Macao SAR;

• Credit cards and debit cards issued by Bank of China Macau Branch or Banco Nacional Ultramarino.

 2. Online payment

• Electronic Payment Platform of Macao Postal Savings

• BNU Business Online Banking

• BNU Personal Online Banking

Note: 

1) Please note that under Administrative Regulation No. 22/2008, the date of issue of the cheque cannot precede the date of payment by more than three days, and the cheque must be certified if its amount is equal to or exceeds MOP50,000.

2) Macau Pass, QuickPass and Cloud Flash Pay: Maximum amount per payment is MOP1,000.

3) MPay: Maximum amount per payment is MOP1,000 - MOP20,000 (based on customer tier).

4) BOC Pay and ICBC ePay: Maximum amount per payment is MOP 50,000.

5) Tai Fung Pay, GuangfaPay, and LusoPay: Maximum amount per payment is MOP5,000.

6) UePay Macau: Maximum amount per payment is MOP1,000 - MOP30,000 (based on customer tier).

7) Alipay (Macau): Maximum amount per payment is MOP1,000 - MOP20,000 (based on customer tier). 

8) WeChat Pay (China and Hong Kong), Alipay (China and Hong Kong): Maximum amount per payment in MOP is subject to the bank card tied to. (If payment is made with the wallet balance, the maximum amount per payment is based on the wallet balance and the terms and conditions of the wallet.)
