This is a highly regarded Sichuan cuisine and maocai restaurant in Macao opened in 2017. Diners can choose from over 100 selected ingredients, which are paired with a bone soup base made to a secret recipe that ensures every bite is filled with the unique flavours of Sichuan. The soup base consists of a combination of some ten types of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs and is simmered for five hours with great care, resulting in a rich and flavourful end-product that is suitable for drinking and gives the maocai a memorable taste.
