A Porta da Arte is located at 42 Rua dos Ervanários, which used to be the site of a tin factory named Veng Kei. With the elaborate design by local artist Fortes Pakeong Sequeira, this 60-year-old building has been refurbished as a cultural and creative hub which blends old and new and accommodates a variety of elements.
