Featuring New Zealand-imported beef fillets that are not rubbery but melt in the mouth, beef shanks, beef ears and beef tendons, it is like a “Bucket Meal” of beef! Com Tam (Vietnamese Broken Rice) is a typical dish in limited supply. With hefty ingredients and rice that is fully soaked with soup, it is tasty in all parts except the pork chop bones. Cha Gio Chien (Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls) is fully self-made from the wrapping to filling, with no semi-products used. It is served with various vegetables to reduce the “sense of guilt” of enjoying deep-fried food. Served with the self-made hollow bread, Bo Bit Tet (Beef Steak) offers a star-rated enjoyment with a grassroots price. The limited-supply baguettes are hot favourites.
