Meanwhile, there is a variety of side dishes available. Whether it is Chicken Wing Curry, Chitterlings, Beef Brisket, Pig Trotters or Chicken Feet, every combination of food ingredients creates a different flavour. Here, Sour and Spicy Chilli Rings is a must for dressing noodles, as it offers a clash of sourness and spiciness in the mouth. Mou I’s self-made chilli rings is exactly an enhancer to noodles.
