Estabelecimento de Comidas Kam Mun Tong is a novel dessert restaurant introduced from Hong Kong in 2014. Upholding the principle of “healthy sweetness”, its thoughtfulness starts from the use of water. Kangen Water produced by a Japanese Kangen Water machine is used for desserts. Using rock sugar made of aromatic leaves instead of granulated sugar greatly reduces the sugar content ratio of sweet soups without compromising their thick sweetness, and in the meantime brings about heat-dissipation and nourishment. New items are introduced every season to accompany the seasonal desserts.
The freshest food is selected as the ingredients for all the sweet soups of the restaurant. These delicious desserts require 5 hours of meticulous preparation by the restaurant in order to bring every diner the best dessert experience.
On the first day of every lunar month, the altruistic owner lady will offer elders aged above 65 a complimentary sweet soup, which is lightly sweetened and very suitable to elders. The restaurant has won the acclaim of numerous loyal customers and the neighbourhood since its opening.
