Estabelecimento de Comidas Dau Dau (hereafter Dau Dau) has been open since 7 July 2020. The owner decided to open a novel hotpot restaurant to promote hotpot culture because of the love of the owner’s family for food like hotpot, milk tea and barbecue. Specializing in novel Sichuan-style hotpot, as well as milk tea and Taiwanese desserts, which are the favourites of youngsters nowadays, Dau Dau has swiftly captured the hearts of many people in Macao. Up till now, it is still one of the top choices in Macao’s hotpot market. The name Dau Dau was conceived by the owner, who wanted to use a name easy to read and remember to arouse people’s interest and give them a strong impression. Dau Dau has been insisting on preparing with devotion and devising new items. It is committed to becoming a hotpot restaurant that can live up to the expectations of its own and the public with the effort made on appealing to people in Macao with food.
