(Kam Va Snacks (Beef Offal)) has been in business for over twenty years and has been passed on to the second-generation successors. Its outlet located at Rua do Regedor is the third branch. Adhering to the parent generation's way of doing business, the owner adopts the “do everything myself” approach to prepare the best curry sauce and soups with simple ingredients, so as to serve customers with original gourmet food.
The signature beef offal and curry sauce are strictly self-made without using semi-products for processing, thereby attracting a lot of customers without any advertising or promotion over the years. Apart from carrying over the traditional items, the owner also keeps experimenting on introducing new elements. The newly developed laksa series items are strongly favoured by youngsters.
