Using the Services
| Macao goods vehicles and drivers | Hong Kong goods vehicles and drivers |
| Complete the departure and customs inspection formalities of Macao. | No entry and customs inspection formalities of Macao are required. |
| Enter the Cargo Transfer Terminal through the designated gate in the first 15 minutes of the booked session. | |
| Park the goods vehicle as instructed. | |
| For container transfer service, the containers must be lifted and handled by the on-site container-lifting vehicle. |

| For bulk cargo transfer service, the cargo must be handled by the on-site staff. |

| Any cargo or quantity exceeding those received by the Macao goods vehicle shall be loaded back to the Hong Kong goods vehicle. | |
| Exit the Cargo Transfer Terminal through the designated route and head for the Macao Customs Post (Cargo) at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. | Exit the Cargo Transfer Terminal through the designated route, return to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and depart from Macao. |
