The extremely luscious Pho Bo (Beef Noodle Soup) features a soup base which is made of beef bones, beef brisket and chicken and takes over ten hours of preparation. It has toppings of both raw and cooked beef, as the owner is aware that beef will become rubbery when overcooked.
