Nanyang Kopi is a modern Singaporean restaurant inspired by the traditional “kopitiams” commonly found in Singapore in the 1940s. It offers various national dishes of Singapore, including Kaya Toast, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Chicken Curry and Bak Kut Teh. To present and retain the most authentic Southeast Asian flavours, the dishes are finely prepared by the chefs with a view to achieving the highest similarity to the flavours of local Singaporean cuisine. Integrating the styles of traditional and modern coffee shops, Nanyang Kopi hopes to bring everyone a deep understanding of Singapore’s food and culture through taste buds.
