Estabelecimento de Comidas Mei Ka Sin Mei Kitchen (hereafter Mei Ka) started its business in 1973 near the then Governor’s Palace, today’s Government Headquarters.
Mei Ka is a restaurant founded by the grandfather of Ms. Lei. Its branch at Fai Chi Kei started its operation since 2020. Time changes, Ms. Lei and her family do not want her grandfather’s fruit of work to die out and the succession of the craft to end. She thus decided to work hard to carry that on with her family.
