Chinese congees and noodles

Estabelecimento de Comidas Hong Gor (hereafter Hong Gor) has been open since March 2020. The owner, whose family members are also in the food and beverage industry, entered the trade after finishing studies and decided to open a restaurant offering traditional rice sheet rolls and noodles. Hong Gor is decorated characteristically with grey bricks used for the storefront and a retro interior that makes every dine-in customer feel the old-time vibe. Neighbours and takeaway orders make up the main source of business of the restaurant. Being ranked second in the Second Macao’s Top Takeaway Choices shows the attention and support received by the restaurant from the people in Macao. Apart from the appealing decorations, the food also has excellent quality. For example, rice sheet rolls, fried dough sticks and soy milk are prepared by the restaurant itself daily with fresh food ingredients. Food is the first priority of people, and the first priority of the restaurant is to make customers enjoy the food happily and healthily.
