Besides the signature dumpling, wonton and fish skin dumpling, the broad noodles, thin noodles and green noodles are all made day and night by the owner himself. Using both chicken eggs and duck eggs gives the noodles excellent aroma and texture. The unconventional green noodles, which cannot be found elsewhere in Macao, get their green power from the juice and fibres of chives, giving off a very unique and faint aroma of chives!
