Estabelecimento de Comidas San Va Song (hereafter San Va Song) has been growing since 1987. After taking over this family business, the owner renovated the restaurant and reopened it in May last year. Both the interior and exterior of the restaurant have been infused with an air of chic to create an old-and-new feeling that draws more attention from the younger generation. The owner also removed a majority of the original menu items and kept only the most characteristic ones. One of the signature dishes is Lai Fan Noodles in Huadiao Wine and Chicken Stew. Freshly prepared by the restaurant every day, it is a customer’s top choice for it features a fragrant chicken soup, tender chicken meat and strong aroma of Huadiao wine. The owner puts the focus on the younger generation by keeping the traditions of the restaurant while adding new items. The characteristics are preserved in the old-and-new combination, which allows every customer to enjoy a variety of dishes while feeling the traditional style.
