Scope of Service

To comply with the measures on natural sand suppling to Macao SAR from the Mainland, local importers are required to apply for “End-user Certificate for the Import of Natural Sand” prior to importation.

Targets of Services and Application Eligibility

Targets of Service

Any importer of Macao SAR importing natural sand from the Mainland, for the purpose of construction, production of concrete and commercial retail.

Application Eligibility

Any importer of Macao SAR importing natural sand from the Mainland, for the purpose of construction, production of concrete and commercial retail. Commitment of not re-exporting those natural sand is required for process.

Result of Approval for Application

Issuance of “End-user Certificate for the Import of Natural Sand”
